At RMIT Student Life Hub, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Whether you need a different size or a different style, our team is here to ensure a smooth exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your student account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization number is clearly visible on the outside.

• 3.
  Drop Off or Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package at any authorized campus collection point or your local postal service provider.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
